1. Deposit and Payment Terms
All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Deposits secure your place on a course and cover administrative, booking, and resource preparation costs incurred before the course begins.Once a booking and payment (full or partial) has been made, it is considered final.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, non-attendance, or personal circumstances preventing attendance.
Course fees must be paid in full before the course start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate learners whenever possible.
Learners may request to reschedule their course by contacting our administration team prior to the course start date.
A rescheduling fee of £50 will apply to each approved change request.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and course capacity.
If a learner fails to attend the course or does not inform us before the start date, the booking will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund or transfer will be provided.
3. Attendance Requirements
Full attendance on all training days is mandatory. Learners must attend every scheduled session to meet the course completion and qualification requirements.
Learners who fail to attend all days, arrive late, or leave early may be withdrawn from the course and will not be eligible for a refund, transfer, or certificate.
Punctuality and full participation are required to satisfy awarding body standards and to ensure successful course completion.
4. Certificates and Result
- Certificates are issued within approximately two (2) working weeks after successful completion of the course.
- Some SIA or awarding body qualifications may take longer due to external verification processes.
5. Resit and Assessment Fees
Resits for SIA and awarding body assessments are charged at £50 per unit.
Additional awarding body or administrative charges may apply if required for re-assessment or certificate correction.
5. Compliance with UK Consumer Law
- This Refund Policy is written in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.
It does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. - All terms are designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) guidance for education providers.
Where any part of this policy conflicts with UK law, the applicable law shall prevail.
