London Security College is a leading training and recruitment platform, dedicated to delivering high-quality, approved SIA training qualifications. We work closely with trusted partners to provide in-person training for certain courses, while all our online courses are fully approved and delivered directly by London Security College. By registering, purchasing, accessing, or booking any of our courses, you agree to follow our terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from booking or accessing our courses.

For SIA courses, we handle your booking and forward it to an approved training center, who will conduct the training. Our online courses are digital products and non-refundable, so please ensure you review the course details before enrolling. This approach ensures that all learners receive professional, approved training, whether online or in-person, and have a smooth, reliable experience from start to finish.

The minimum age to attend any course is 18 years. Candidates must verify they meet all eligibility criteria before reserving a place at any LSC centre.

All bookings are subject to availability of spaces and relevant resources. Customers booking via phone, email or online are liable for any outstanding balance in full.

SIA Courses — Door Supervisor, Top Up Training, CCTV

Refunds may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. An administration and cancellation fee of £100 will be deducted. No refunds will be issued after this window. Should you wish to retake the course, you will need to rebook and pay in full.

Course Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule your course to a different date, a rescheduling fee of £100 will apply. Please contact us as early as possible to arrange this.

Online Reservations

Reservations made online are non-refundable and course dates cannot be changed by customers. Your reservation may be transferred to another eligible individual.

Cancellation by LSC

In the unlikely event that London Security College cancels a course, our liability is limited to a full refund of the course fee only.

London Security College reserves the right to relocate a course to a suitable alternative venue. All candidates will be notified by email, text or telephone at least 24 hours before the course start. Venue changes are only made when absolutely necessary and no alternative exists at the original location.

Delivery Timelines

Some qualifications may take longer:

• SIA Door Supervisor, Top Up Training and CCTV courses may take additional time due to awarding body processing.
• Level 3 Conflict Management and Physical Intervention certificates are subject to additional EQA checks.
• AET Level 3 certificates usually arrive within three weeks, but in some cases may take over three months.

Delivery Method

All certificates are sent via Royal Mail standard service. Collections are available by prior arrangement only. We strongly advise arranging Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (at the learner's cost) to safeguard against loss in transit.

Replacement Certificates

Resits for SIA qualifications are charged at £50 per unit.

Portfolio-based qualifications must be submitted by the stated deadline. Late submissions incur a £25.00 per week charge; alternatively, LSC may refuse further services or require full re-enrolment.

Candidates must only sign Identity Validation forms where the spelling of their name is entirely correct. Signing an incorrect form makes the candidate liable for any awarding body administration charges.

All content, materials and information featured in our courses are the exclusive property of London Security College Ltd. Without our express written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, decompile or reverse engineer any material.

You must not resell or sublicense access to any eLearning course or lesson. Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages and/or criminal prosecution.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their IT systems are compatible with our platform, including enabling cookies and using an up-to-date web browser.

General

LSC reserves the right to terminate Customer access without refund where a breach of these Terms is suspected. Customers must not share login credentials with any third party. Discovery of unauthorised access will result in immediate account termination with no refund.

Student Account Changes

Only the Coordinator may request changes to a Student's details (e.g. name corrections), by emailing info@londonsecuritycollege.co.uk. LSC aims to process such requests within 48 hours. Access cannot be transferred once the original student has accessed the course materials.

Payment is accepted by credit or debit card via our website or by calling 020 8050 4108. All card transactions are processed through a secure PayPal-operated payment page.

Following a purchase, the Purchaser will receive an email with enrolment instructions. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder. If not received within one hour, contact us at info@londonsecuritycollege.co.uk.

A receipt is issued at the point of purchase and emailed to the address provided. Customers should retain a copy. Any billing errors must be reported within 48 hours of purchase; we aim to resolve these within 48 hours of receiving notification.

Our online courses support your continuing professional development. Successful completion awards CPD points — a recognised measure of structured learning.

• CPD Certification: A digital certificate confirming CPD points earned, based on course duration and learning objectives.
• Course Access: Full access to content for 12 months from the date of enrolment.
• Professional Recognition: CPD points support your development portfolio and demonstrate commitment to ongoing learning.
• LSC-Issued CPD: All points are issued by London Security College and reflect structured, outcomes-based learning hours.

By enrolling in any online course, you confirm the training is for professional development purposes.

To complete BS7858 screening and create your Security Worker Passport, we collect your name, phone number, email address, employment history and ID documents. A credit check may also be carried out. This information is used solely for the screening process.

Information We Collect

When you book a course, we collect the following, shared with our Approved Training Centre to ensure smooth delivery:

• Full name, home or office address, email address and phone number
• Employment history — required for BS7858 screening
• ID documents and address proof — for virtual SIA licence-linked courses

How We Use Your Data

• To deliver and improve our services, including security features and new functionality
• To prevent fraud, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
• To personalise communications, including updates on products and support matters

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (bound by a Data Use Agreement), course providers, potential employers based on your preferences, and law enforcement where legally required.

By registering for any course, job programme, or free offer, you consent to data sharing in accordance with our privacy policy.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request corrections to any inaccurate data
• Request erasure, restriction or blocking of your data in certain circumstances
• Request that your data be transferred to a third party
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LSC excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform or any decisions made on the basis of its content.

LSC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and to modify course content at any time without prior notice.
