SIA Top-Up Training First Aid Course: it will be compulsory to complete the Top-Up Training Course for Security Guards and Door Supervisors to renew your license. On 1 April 2021, the SIA introduced new critical safety elements to their licence holder qualifications.

This Top-Up Training Course is To ensure that current Door Supervisors holders have the same level of qualification as newly qualified ones. The SIA has developed top-up training. SIA Top Up Training And First Aid Course Park Royal London, from 1 October 2021, the Security Industry Authority (SIA) is changing the way that Security Guard (SG) and Door Supervisor (DS) licenses are renewed. From this date, to renew your licence you must complete additional training, called ‘Top-Up’ training / “Top Up Door Supervisor Refresher”. 

£210 DS Top Up Training + Emergency First Aid Course 2 Days Training (Every Sat and Sun | 09:00-19:00)

This new SIA Top Up Training And First Aid Course Park Royal North West London will up-skill door supervisors to the level attained by those who took a course and qualification after August 2015.

This is a 2-Day SIA Top Up Training And First Aid Course Park Royal North West London with a workbook to be completed prior to attending the face-to-face training.

You must attend a 3 day course, once you place your order we will contact you directly with the dates available for you to attend, we have classes every week for the Level 2 Certificate.

Why do I need the SIA Top Up Training course for Door Supervisor License? 

It will be compulsory to complete the Top Up Door Supervisor training to renew your license. On 1 April 2021, the SIA introduced new critical safety elements to their licence holder qualifications.

This Top Up Door Supervisor Training is To ensure that current Door Supervisor and Security Guard licence holders have the same level of qualification as those who are newly qualified, the SIA has developed top-up training. Top-up Door Supervisor training will align the skills of those renewing licences with new licence holders since 1 April 2021, when the standards changed.

What will the SIA top-up training course include?

Security Guard licence holders will be required to undertake an additional one day of top-up training.

This Top Up training will include Terror Threat Awareness and Minimising Personal Risk for Security Officers. Part of the SIA changes also require licence holders to have a Emergency First Aid Certificate. Before renewing your licence, you must either prove you have a minimum of 12 months before expiry on any current first aid certificate or you must attend an Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) qualification or equivalent, before attending any top-up training.
