• Can someone film me while I’m working? In a public place, generally yes. Knowing why matters more than knowing that.

• Can I take or touch their phone? No. Reaching for a camera is how a routine encounter becomes an assault allegation.
• What changes on private land? A shopping centre is private land with public access, so the position is different. But different does not mean you have the powers people assume.
• What if they follow me or keep returning? There is a line where a course of conduct becomes harassment, and Module 2 covers where it sits.
• What do I actually say? Module 3 gives you the phrasing that ends the encounter without giving them a clip.

Have Module 2 checked by a solicitor before publishing. This is a legally sensitive area and getting it right is your differentiator, but it also means an error carries weight.
