Conflict Management for NHS and Healthcare Security, de-escalation adapted for clinical environments, where the usual assumptions about intent do not hold and reasonable force has narrower limits.

CCTV and Data Protection for Security Officers, surveillance and records under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Patient data is special category data, so a hospital control room carries obligations an office control room does not.
