London Security College is a training and hiring platform that partners with excellent providers to provide approved SIA training qualifications.
If you register for, purchase, access or book one or more of our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which govern London Security College Ltd’s relationship with you in relation to our courses. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not register for, book, purchase or access any of our courses.
SIA course bookings, including door supervisor, Top Up training, CCTV Course, you can request for refund within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will only charge £100 for admin and cancelation fees. No refunds will be processed after the 24hour period of placing your order.
You will need to rebook the course and repay for the course if you wish to do this course again.
100% attendance is a must; any late arrivals are not acceptable.
Any sort of unacceptable behaviour at all LSC venues will lead to exclusion from the course for which we will not offer any refund.
All bookings are subject to availability of spaces and relevant resources.
Customers who make the booking via phone, email or through our website are liable for any balance outstanding (if any), in full.
Candidates must be eligible to attend the course you book with us. Please check that you meet all criteria before reserving a space on any of LSC Centres.

Once you pass, you can expect to receive your certificates within two working weeks, but it may take longer for certain SIA qualifications, such as the SIA Door Supervisor, SIA Top Up Training, and SIA CCTV course. The Level 3 Delivery of Conflict Management and Delivery of Physical Intervention courses may take even longer due to additional EQA checks. Also, for the AET Level 3, certificates typically arrive within three weeks of passing, but there have been instances where it has taken more than three months due to further checks by the awarding body.

For the portfolio-based qualifications you must submit within deadline fail to do so it will cost you £25.00 per week or we can refuse to provide further services alternatively you may need to re-enrol for the whole course. For all Identity Validation forms used by our awarding bodies, the candidate is to only sign such validation form if the spelling of their name on such a form is absolutely correct. Please note that failure to do so will result in the candidate being liable for any administration costs charged by the awarding body for correction.
Resits will be charged at £50 per unit for the SIA qualifications.
All customers are responsible and must provide LSC with correct and accurate information (using clear handwriting) in respect to the physical address, requested by the admin, where all certificates will be dispatched.
By applying for a job, job support program, a free course, or a free security license, and by registering with or subscribing to any courses, you consent to the sharing of your data with third parties. This includes sharing information about the courses you have applied for or registered with. We prioritize your privacy and ensure that your data is shared securely and in accordance with our privacy policy.

General terms of Access and Intellectual Property Rights
The Purchaser will nominate a Coordinator to place Students on purchased courses, receive and forward login details to Students and to receive certificates issued to those Students.
The Purchaser will need to provide us with the Coordinator’s name and valid email address
The Coordinator will be provided with a means to enrol Students on purchased courses
The Coordinator will be emailed login details for the Students that they enrol on purchased eLearning courses. The Coordinator will need to forward these on to the Student.
The content, information and materials featured in our courses are for the Student’s general information and use only
All content, information and materials featured in our courses are the exclusive property of London Security College Ltd
Reproduction of the content, information or materials featured in our courses is strictly prohibited
The Customer, or anybody working on the Customers behalf, may not copy, reproduce, recreate, modify, alter, distribute, publish, display, store, post, transmit, revise, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the content or the products available on this website, directly or indirectly, without the express written permission of London Security College Ltd.
The Customer must agree not to resell, license or sublicense for profit or otherwise provide a third party with access to the eLearning courses or individual eLearning lessons which are available on the London Security College Ltd website
The Customer may not attempt to derive the source code of any of the website’s products or services or otherwise use the products or services to develop any other computer programme. Unauthorised use of any of the eLearning courses featured on this website will give rise to a legal claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence and lead to prosecution
The Customer accepts responsibility for making any necessary changes to their IT systems in order to receive emails from us or to access the eLearning courses (including enabling the use of cookies and using an up to date, compatible web browser).

Delivery policy
After a purchase has been made, the Purchaser will be sent an email from London Security College, on How to enroll on your course(s) from LSC. The nominated Coordinator will need to follow the instructions in the email to access a Dashboard. (If the email is not received at the Purchaser’s email address, then please check the associated SPAM/junk folder. If it is not there after one hour, then please email info@londonsecuritycollege.co.uk.
Customer accounts – General
London Security College Ltd reserves the right to terminate Customer access to our courses without a refund and prohibit access to all of the content, information and materials if any breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected.
Customers are prohibited from sharing access to an eLearning package with a third party who is not subject to these terms and conditions. The Purchaser and Coordinator are responsible for keeping their login details (i.e. username(s) and password(s)) secure. If a third party who is not subject to these terms and conditions is found to be using a Customer ’s login details, the Purchaser’s and/or Coordinator’s access to London Security College Ltd.’s eLearning platform will be terminated and the Purchaser will not be entitled to a refund.
Customer accounts – Students
Only the Coordinator can request that a Student’s details are changed (e.g. spelling of a name corrected). This request must be sent from the Coordinator to LSC Ltd by email via info@londonsecuritycollege.co.uk . The coordinator will need to provide details of the required change. LSC Ltd aim to process such requests within 48 hours.
Only the Coordinator can request that a Student’s logins are transferred or terminated. This request must be sent from the Coordinator to LSC Ltd by email via info@londonsecuritycollege.co.uk, stating exactly what is requested. Under no circumstances may access to an eLearning course be transferred once the original Student has accessed the materials. London Security College Ltd reserves the right to refuse to transfer or to terminate a Student’s access. London Security College Ltd aim to process such requests within 48 hours.
We do not and will not sell personal information about our customers. We only disclose your data, as described in this Statement. We may share information with the following types of third parties.
Third-Party Vendors: we use a variety of third-party vendors to carry out services like website management and hosting, shipping, credit card processing and email communications to complete a transaction, provide a Product or Service you have requested or authorised and only with vendors or agents working on our behalf for the purposes described in this Statement.
In this case, your personal information will be shared with these agents or contractors but only to perform services on behalf of London Security College and under this Statement. We only share your personal data as necessary, and we will only work with third parties who have signed a Data Use Agreement with us that commits them to proper practice where Data Protection and Privacy are concerned.

Receipts, Billing and Settlement
Receipt of purchase is provided online at the time of purchase with a copy sent via email from London Security College Ltd to the address specified by the Customer at the time of purchase. It is important that the Customer prints, saves and maintains a copy of these receipts because the information contained within the receipts will be required if there are any technical or other unforeseen issues in the future that affect your access to the eLearning platform or if you request a refund. Any information contained within the receipt(s) that is deemed by the Customer to be incorrect or incomplete must be raised by the Customer with London Security College Ltd via email, writing or telephone within 48 hours of the time of purchase. We will endeavour to rectify the incorrect or incomplete information within 48 hours of receiving a reasonable request from the Customer.

BS7858 Screening
We collect your name, phone number, email address, employment history and ID Documents and we may carry out a credit check to complete your BS7858 screening and create your Security Worker Passport.
We use this information to complete your BS7858 screening process.
Retention
We will retain your personal information for as long as we deem it necessary to enable you to use the website and our Services, to provide services to you, to comply with applicable laws (including those regarding document retention), resolve disputes with any parties and otherwise as necessary to allow us to conduct our business. Our staff and associates reserve the right to not discuss the content, information or materials that are offered within an eLearning course with the Customer or any organisation. Neither London Security College Ltd nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, performance, suitability, timeliness or fitness for any particular purpose of the content, information or materials which are available, directly or indirectly, through the London Security College Ltd eLearning platform. The client must acknowledge that such content, information and materials may contain inaccuracies and errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies and errors to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The Customer’s use of any content, information or materials, provided directly or indirectly via the London Security College Ltd eLearning platform, is entirely at your own risk, for which London Security College Ltd shall not be liable.
