Why Training Matters

Overview

Slips, trips and falls are the biggest cause of workplace accidents in the UK. According to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), they account for over 30% of all reported injuries each year. For security officers, these risks are even higher — long hours on your feet, working in varied environments, and responding to incidents in real time all increase exposure.

This module sets the scene for why this training is not just “nice to have” but essential for your safety, your licence, and your reputation.
