Module 5: Evidence Handling & Documentation
Overview
In retail security, your credibility depends on how well you capture, document, and present the facts. From detaining a suspected shoplifter to dealing with an aggressive customer, the evidence you gather could support criminal charges or protect you from complaints. This module prepares you to handle evidence lawfully and professionally — from Body Worn Camera (BWC) use to written reports.
